Chapter 682 Favorite Silly Susan
Sebastian turned around and threatened, "Molly, you're not wearing anything under that blanket."
Molly immediately tightened the blanket around herself, "You're almost late for work. Even if I'm not wearing pajamas, you don't have time."
Mr. Chase, holding his hat and ready to leave, glanced at Molly, who was clearly scared but still trying to be tough. "I'll take a day off, just a phone call away."
Molly looked at Sebastian warily, not daring to provoke him further. Fortunately, Sebastian eventually left for work.
On his way, Sebastian stopped by a clothing store, bought a high-collared shirt, and tied a tie to barely cover the marks and bite marks Molly had left on his neck the previous night.
He didn't dare loosen his tie all day.
Molly planned to visit Cherry Villa to see Vera today. Both of them were in bed, video chatting without washing their faces or brushing their teeth.
At the same time, they were both puzzled that the other was awake at this hour.
Through the video, Molly saw the back of Theodore's round head and said affectionately, "Not bad, Theodore is sleeping so well, such a good boy."
Vera glanced at Theodore in her arms, "Good? I just asked Patrick, and he said Theodore was playing until three in the morning. Do you still think he's good?"
Molly immediately retracted her previous statement and changed the topic, "Isn't Susan coming to play with Theodore today?" Everyone knew that Susan had a magical obsession with babies and loved Theodore so much that she would rather not eat, drink, or sleep just to play with him.
Vera checked her phone messages, "No news of her coming yet. Are you coming?" "Call me when Theodore wakes up. I'll sleep a bit more."
Molly turned over, and Vera saw her bare shoulder, immediately guessing what had happened, "Go catch up on sleep. I'll lie down for a bit too. It's time to change Theodore's diaper; he's stinky."
Theodore was sound asleep, his little mouth adorable, smelling like milk, yet Vera kept calling him stinky.noveldrama
Luckily, he didn't wake up; otherwise, there would have been a crying fit.
Everyone was wondering why Susan hadn't gone to Cherry Villa to play with Theodore that day.
A photo from Randall in the group chat answered that.
Susan had promised to study with Randall, but she fell asleep on her backpack without even taking out her books.
Randall was speechless. Did the library table feel more comfortable than her bed at home?
In the morning sun, Randall took off his shirt and covered Susan's head with it, "Who knows what she did last night to be this tired."
Later, Randall saw his game account had dropped seven levels and seemed to understand.
In the group chat, Vera asked Susan, "Susan, are you coming to help me with Theodore today?"
Vera liked silly Susan the most. The things Vera didn't want to do but couldn't avoid,
Susan loved to do and even rushed to do them, like holding Theodore.
Later, Randall posted a photo in the group chat of Susan sleeping there.
Then he replied, "She's been sleeping since she got to the library. It's almost lunchtime."
Vera replied, "Patrick is out inspecting some project, so he's not home. It's just me and Theodore at home. Come over for lunch."

Susan slept from the moment she entered until lunchtime.
When she woke up, she had marks from her backpack on her face, and Randall didn't remind her.
It wasn't until people passing by looked at her face that she felt something was wrong. She checked in the car mirror and saw the red marks on her face. "Randall, why didn't you remind me?"
Randall said, "Reminding you wouldn't change the fact that you have red marks on your face."
When they arrived at Cherry Villa, Theodore was in his stroller. When Susan picked him up, he stared at her face.
Susan, who liked him, kissed Theodore's face, making him laugh.
Teddy loved playing with Susan. She liked him so much that if he was even a little unhappy, Susan would immediately cheer him up.
In the living room, Susan made Theodore laugh continuously, drooling and giggling, filling the room with his clear laughter, and making everyone feel happy.
Patrick, who was socializing outside, received a video from Vera. Hearing Theodore's laughter on his phone, he couldn't help but smile, worried that Theodore might laugh too hard.
In the private room, a business partner also heard the sound and asked with a smile, "Is that your son's laughter? It sounds so bright."
Talking about Theodore, Patrick was filled with happiness, "My son cries even louder. I don't know if other kids are like mine, crying every day, crying whenever he's unhappy, and needing his mom to hold him. If my wife isn't around, he cries until she comes back to sleep.
He's a night owl, staying up until three last night. I almost overslept this morning."
Theodore slept until noon, waking up to someone making him happy. If he cried, someone would rush to hold him. If he was hungry, Vera would feed him.
The business partner asked with a smile, "Mr. Olteran, don't you have a nanny at home? Your son seems so precious; you should have at least two nannies to take care of him, right?"
Patrick thought of the troublesome Theodore at home and couldn't help but talk more. Perhaps as parents, they unconsciously share their children's stories. "We do have a nanny, but it doesn't help much. My wife and I often take the child back to the Olteran Manor to accompany my father. When we go back, the adults fight to hold him, and the nanny seems unnecessary.
We also occasionally stay at my father-in-law's house for a few days, and it's inconvenient to bring the nanny, so she stays at home. When we return, my son cries at unfamiliar people."
So, the nanny's role became less important. My son only recognizes his parents, not others.
In the living room, Theodore was laughing happily, drooling while looking at Susan.
Vera and Molly leaned against each other leisurely, "Molly, when you have a baby, you must invite Susan to stay at your house."
Molly said, "Vera, teach me some self-defense skills. I need to defend against Sebastian."
Vera said, "It's useless to defend. I told you long ago that there's no benefit in marrying early. You insisted on jumping into the pit Sebastian dug for you. I told you it was a pit, but you didn't believe me. Now you're at the bottom of the pit, and you want to jump out? How is that possible?"
Molly said matter-of-factly, "Sebastian made the pit look so good."
"Of course, to make you jump in, he had to deceive you based on your preferences. If it didn't look good, would you have been fooled?"
Molly bit her thumb, "If I dare to say divorce..."
"Half your life gone," Vera said firmly.
"Let's change the topic. No more sad stories."
